The Titanium
alloy used for manufactoring provides excellent biocompatibility reducing
the risk of allergic reactions. As an alternative the implants are also
available in stainless steel.
Plates for
the dynamic hip screw system are available in a wide range of lengths
and CCD-angles. Self-tapping lag screws and self-tappng cortical screws
used for securing the plates as well as compression screws complete
the system.
