Dynamic Hip Screw System

The dynamic hip screw system has been developed for osteosynthesis of the most proximal femoral fractures as well as femoral condylar fractures. The dynamic hip screw and dynamic condylar screw system provides secure fracture stabilization and permits rapid patient mobilization. The simple and secure handling of the instruments supports the efficiency of surgery. Self-tapping screws reduce the number of operational steps required.The process of fracture healing is accelareted by autodynamic compression.

The Titanium alloy used for manufactoring provides excellent biocompatibility reducing the risk of allergic reactions. As an alternative the implants are also available in stainless steel.

Plates for the dynamic hip screw system are available in a wide range of lengths and CCD-angles. Self-tapping lag screws and self-tappng cortical screws used for securing the plates as well as compression screws complete the system.

Tray of Dynamic Hip Srew System

The implant tray includes lag and compression screws, a standard range of plates for the dynamic hip screw system with a 135° angle and a basic range of alternative angles. By integrating cortical screws into the implant tray, the conversion to Titanium implants is simplified.
