The injected collagen is then absorbed by the body and will stimulate the production of collagen. A very thin layer of connective tissue is formed around the PMMA beads occurring in the collagen but not absorbed by the body (encapsulation), which causes skin augmentation.
This augmentation process takes approximately two months. The wrinkle will again be shortly visible a few weeks after the injection and will permanently disappear after approximately two to three months.
How long does a treatment take

Does the treatment hurt
